Lee A. Gold DDS, PC is Hiring a Dental Receptionist Near New York, NY

Our office is looking for a part time, upbeat employee, a person who is self-motivated with multitasking skills, and with natural team spirit, to greet patients, schedule and provide our valued patients with the caring and patient customer service.

Day to day duties include

-Answer inbound patient calls and texts
-Make outbound scheduling and re-care calls
-Monitor office schedules for multiple providers
-Educate patients about the details of their treatment plan and associated fees
-help patients understand their dental insurance benefits
-work with unscheduled treatment plans

*** Open Dental Software and Dexis (x-rays) experience are a plus.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $22.00 per hour

  • Monday to Friday

COVID-19 considerations:
All patients and staff are required to wear masks other than when a patient is undergoing treatment.
