Candidates with Dentrix and 2 years front desk experience and work longevity will be given high consideration. Salary range depends on your experience.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome patients and visitors at the front desk
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department or individual
- Schedule appointments and manage the appointment calendar
- Check patients in and out, collect payments, and update patient records
- Verify insurance information and assist with insurance claims
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Provide excellent customer service and address patient inquiries or concerns
Requirements:
- Previous experience working in a dental office required
- Knowledge of medical office systems Dentrix, is a plus
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in using computer software and electronic medical records systems

40 hours weekly
Monday through Friday-8am to 7pm
Saturday and Sunday 8am to 3pm. Must be able to work rotating weekends.
