Here are some of the essential tasks you'll be responsible for:

· Greeting people with warmth and friendliness

· Organize, confirm, and process visitor check-ins/ check-outs

· Communicate any emergency, lost item, or theft to the security team

· File incident reports when necessary

· Maintain knowledge of building policies and procedures

· Adhere to all safety policies and procedures

Job Skills & Qualifications:

· High School Diploma

· Ability to communicate in English

· Prior reception experience a plus

· Professional appearance and manner at all times

· Day shift $17.40-$22.75

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Evening shift
• Monday to Friday
• Morning shift
• Night shift
• Weekends as needed

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Required)

Experience:

• Security: 1 year (Preferred)
• Receptionist: 1 year (Required)

Ability to Relocate:

• New York, NY: Relocate before starting work (Required)
