Role Description

This is a part-time on-site Front Desk role in New York, NY. The Front Desk will be responsible for phone etiquette, receptionist duties, customer service, communication, and computer literacy. Responsibilities include managing patient schedules, answering phone calls, greeting patients, processing patient payments, maintaining patient records, handling social media, and assisting a provider.

Qualifications

• Strong phone etiquette and receptionist duties skills
• Customer service and communication skills
• Computer literacy and experience with electronic medical records (EMR) systems
• Strong social media skills
• Prior experience in a medical or aesthetic setting is a plus
• Familiarity with medical terminology, and medical aesthetic procedures is a plus
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
