Overview:
The Senior Human Resources Manager is responsible for driving the execution of key HR initiatives and processes to enable continuous improvement in the areas of organization effectiveness, staffing, employee relations, performance management, training and development, compensation, benefits, employment practices and compliance. This is a key position that requires an HR professional who is passionate about their work, a strong leader, and dedicated to the success of the business by driving change and shaping a positive culture within the organization.
