HIV Alliance's mission is "supporting individuals living with HIV/AIDS and preventing new HIV infections." We accomplish this mission through: Comprehensive, compassionate care and referrals for people affected by HIV/AIDS, Free and anonymous HIV testing and counseling for high risk populations, Culturally-appropriate safer-sex outreach to people at high risk of infection, Free syringe exchange, bio-hazard disposal, and first aid supplies to injection drug users, and Education to high-risk populations, health and social service professionals, international delegations, and the general public.
