Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated individual with a proven track record in the unit handling conveyor industry, poised to transition into a dynamic account management role. As an Account Manager, you will collaborate with existing clients, preparing comprehensive quotations, and devising innovative solutions to ensure optimum customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities: Taking ownership of the entire sales process, from proposal development to order entry, you will collaborate closely with Engineers. Together, we aim to achieve our primary objective: Customer Satisfaction. Your key responsibilities include:

• Crafting and delivering compelling presentations and demonstrations that articulate the value proposition of our product line.

Skills: To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills and qualifications:

• Proven work experience as a Sales Engineer within a Conveyor Manufacturing or Distribution environment. (MUST HAVE)
• The ability to establish and nurture robust, enduring relationships with clients.
• A talent for elucidating and presenting intricate concepts in a clear and accessible manner.
• A strong technical background with hands-on experience or understanding of the conveyor industry.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• A willingness to travel.

Compensation: Competitive annual salary ranging from $75,000.00 to $150,000.00, commensurate with experience, and inclusive of generous benefits. The compensation package for the second year includes a base salary and quarterly commissions, with no cap.
