Busy immigration law firm is seeking an assistant manager to help organize workflows, keep employees on task, follow up with deadlines and cases, speak with clients about their cases, assist in preparing forms and preparing immigration packets, if necessary, and review legal assistant work.

This is not an entry-level position. Candidates with previous experience managing a law office preferred. Work history and length of stay at prior positions is taken into consideration.

Ideal candidate is very organized, has strong attention to detail, can manage and motivate employees, and is interested in a growing team. Must have a strong work ethic, be honest, and trustworthy.

Salary is commensurate with experience.

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
