Aromatic Company is Hiring an Office Manager Near Los Angeles, CA

Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Manager to join our team. The Office Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our office, managing administrative tasks, and ensuring smooth workflow, and assisting in our lab, as needed. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, a proven track record in office management, and any laboratory experience is preferred.

Responsibilities:

- Oversee office operations and ensure efficient workflow.

- Handle inventory management, ordering of materials.

- Coordinate payroll processing and ensure accuracy

- Perform clerical duties such as filing, data entry, and document preparation

- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information

- Handle phone systems and in-office visits from clients

- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

- Implement and maintain office policies and procedures

Requirements:

- Proven experience in office management or a similar role

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

- Knowledge of budgeting principles and financial reporting

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

- Ability to multitask and work well under pressure

- Experience in medical office management is a plus

- Team management experience preferred

- High level of attention to detail

- Lab experience not required, but preferred.
