Law Office of Ghenadie Rusu is Hiring a Remote Immigration Paralegal
Responsibilities: Prepare and file immigration forms and documents in accordance with legal requirements. Communicate effectively with Russian-speaking clients to gather necessary information and provide case updates. Conduct legal research related to immigration cases. Manage and organize case files to ensure all documents are up to date and accessible. Schedule and confirm appointments with clients and government offices. Assist attorneys in preparing for hearings and trials. Requirements: Proficiency in Russian and English languages. Associate’s degree or higher in Paralegal Studies, or equivalent experience. Experience in immigration law preferred, but not required. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
