My Visa Services is Hiring an Immigration Paralegal (Chinese Bilingual) Near New York, NY

My Visa Services has extensive experience and diverse channels in overseas immigration business. We will provide you with a full range of customized consulting services to understand client’s needs and design the most suitable plan for clients through one-on-one VIP service that guarantees a clear and smooth petition process and content.

R*esponsibilities*:

  • Process and file nonimmigrant and immigrant visa petitions. Understanding clients’ immigration needs, backgrounds, and conditions; accurately evaluating clients’ needs, and designing one-on-one immigration plans for each client.
  • Keep clients apprised of the progress of their cases over the phone or in person.
  • Oversee consultation and administration of U.S. employment-based and investment immigration cases, including EB-1A, NIW, EB-5, and other nonimmigrant visas such as E-2 and L-1 visa applications.
  • Research and apply USCIS policies and procedures, as well as immigration category-specific relevant statutes, case laws, and regulations.
  • Analyze case documents and prepare immigration applications for filing with the appropriate government agency.
  • Draft and translate contracts/other legal documents to ensure they comply with federal and state regulations.

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of experience in EB1-A, L1, EB-5, and O1 visa
  • Experience or knowledge in contract law is a plus
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal skills
  • Bilingual in Chinese and English highly preferred

Work Remotely

  • Yes

Job Types: Contract, Part-time, Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $50.00 per hour
