Wildes & Weinberg, P.C., a prestigious immigration law firm with its headquarters in New York City, is looking to fill an Immigration Paralegal position focused on assisting our team of litigation attorneys in representing clients in complex immigration cases and removal proceedings in immigration court and before USCIS. The position is based out of the firm’s New York City office, and is an in-person, full-time position. Experience with Waivers (I-601, I-212, etc.) and Joint Motions to Reopen is required, including interacting with clients to obtain supporting documents, drafting cover letters, filling out required USCIS forms, keeping track of multiple cases and deadlines, and working well in a team setting. Experience with EOIR removal/litigation support preferred. Competitive compensation and benefits commensurate with experience.
