Job Summary

We are seeking a receptionist/ assistant with high energy to join our office in Houston. Ideal candidate must be professional, a self starter, detailed oriented, and enthusiastic to take on new challenges with a desire to grow with our company in Houston, Texas. This is a full-time, entry level position.

Job Summary:

 Handle telephone traffic

 Open new orders

 Assist with post-closing tasks

 Handle outgoing and incoming mail

 Scheduling

 Inventory

 Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

 Excellent verbal/written communication

 Exceptional customer service

 Ability to multi-task

 Strong organizational and attention to detail skills

 Proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel

 Bilingual is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
