We are seeking a receptionist/ assistant with high energy to join our office in Houston. This is a full-time, entry level position.
Job Summary:
Handle telephone traffic
Open new orders
Assist with post-closing tasks
Handle outgoing and incoming mail
Scheduling
Inventory
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Excellent verbal/written communication
Exceptional customer service
Ability to multi-task
Strong organizational and attention to detail skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel
Bilingual is a plus
