- Assists with all phases of recruiting, hiring, and onboarding.
- Assists with New Employee Orientation.
- Completes I-9 for new hires and maintains 1-9 records & audits.
- Creates new employee personnel files.
- Accurately maintain employee personnel files.
- Updates employee HRIS database.
- May assist with weekly payroll-related items.
- Assist in administering benefits programs such as medical, PTO, and employee discounts.
