This person will be at the forefront of their mission-driven work, playing a pivotal role in supporting their Human Resources department. HR Coordinator Responsibilities:

• Dive into the heart of HR operations, assisting with a range of tasks including maintaining employee records, coordinating recruitment efforts and supporting onboarding processes
• Fuel the momentum of their team through meticulous organization and coordination of HR-related meetings, trainings and events
• Be the friendly face and go-to resource for employee inquiries, demonstrating empathy and a commitment to excellence in every interaction

HR Coordinator Requirements:

• Must have 1 year of experience in Administrative or HR roles
• Degree preferred, but not required
• Must have a "no task is too small" mentality coupled with a passion for advancing human rights and social justice causes
• Your attention to detail and knack for organization make you a natural fit for managing multiple tasks and priorities with ease
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with HRIS software are advantageous
