You will be responsible for overseeing and managing all administrative functions, including organizing and maintaining records, coordinating office equipment and supplies, and implementing efficient office procedures. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational and communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee and manage all administrative functions within the office
  • Organize and maintain records and files, including confidential employee information
  • Coordinate office equipment and supplies, ensuring everything is in working order and well-stocked
  • Implement efficient office procedures, including managing schedules and appointments
  • Assist with the preparation and distribution of internal communications, such as memos and newsletters
  • Manage travel arrangements and expense reports for the team

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • Proven experience as an Office Manager or in a similar administrative role
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software
  • Ability to work independently and proactively, with minimal supervision
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well within a team environment
