GLC is looking for Long Term Care Nursing Supervisor in Lowville NY.

• PAY RATE: $58 HR/$93 OT. $1162 stipend,
• Weekly Gross: $3,250

We are seeking a dedicated Long Term Care Nursing Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in dementia care, acute pain management, and supervising in a healthcare setting.

Responsibilities:

- Provide high-quality care to patients in various settings such as assisted living facilities, home care, and medical clinics.

- Supervise and coordinate the care provided by healthcare professionals.

- Utilize medical terminology and diagnostic evaluation skills to assess patient needs.

- Administer injections and manage durable medical equipment (DME) as needed.

- Ensure compliance with care protocols and maintain accurate patient records.

- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans.

Requirements:

- Must have 1 year previous experience in dementia care, acute pain management, and supervising healthcare staff.

- Must have an active Registed Nurse single or compact state license

- Proficiency in Epic or similar electronic health record systems.

- Knowledge of home care practices and procedures.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
