Job Location: 159 Charleston - North Charleston, SC
Salary Range: Undisclosed

Primary Responsibilities:

  • You will facilitate administrative and customer service issues 
  • You will manage cash, income, and information flow 
  • You will ensure adherence to all company policies 
  • You will oversee the execution of gallery operations 
  • You will help lead exceptional sales and interior design team members 
  • You will present a professional appearance and personable attitude 
  • You will manage telephone responsibilities 
  • You will manage inventory and assist with merchandising the gallery
  • You will meet the needs of our customers and company with sensitivity and emotional maturity

Position Requirements:

  • Minimum one-year experience in an administrative position
  • The duties of this job require a high degree of skill in maintaining established standards of quality and accuracy
  • Good verbal and written communication
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
