We're a growing residential remodeling business seeking a talented and motivated individual to join our team as a business developer.
In this role, you'll be the backbone of our operations, ensuring smooth day-to-day processes and providing exceptional support to our team. You will serve at the voice of our business with both verbal and visual representation. As our brand embassador, you will be required to network with other professionals along with making positive impact with potential clients.
Responsibilities:
*Attend regular networking events
*Represent our business in front of potential client
*Close construction job with clients for a potential to earn commission
* Manage all aspects of office administration, including scheduling, filing, and correspondence
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation
* Provide administrative support to the construction team and owners
* Oversee the office and ensure a positive and productive work environment
Qualifications:
* Written and spoken fluency is a must
* Minimum 2 years of experience in residential construction administration
* Strong organizational and time management skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
* Leadership skills and the ability to motivate and guide others
*Public speaking skills
