L2L is Hiring a Digital Marketing Manager Near Burlington, MA

The Role: 

The manufacturing technology category is exploding, and unlike other providers that offer only limited benefits, L2L helps manufacturers transform their operations to boost productivity in just a matter of weeks. Our technology drives world-class performance, and we are now looking to add a world-class Marketing Manager who wants to be on the ground floor of the emerging “Connected Workforce” category. 

For this role, you will drive customer-centric marketing initiatives for L2L’s products and services. Reporting to the Director of Revenue Marketing and collaborating closely with Sales, this position will primarily focus on driving customer expansion and renewals through digital marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of customer lifecycle management and be proficient in developing and executing targeted marketing campaigns to increase customer retention and drive upsell opportunities.

Responsibilities:

  • Help to develop and implement ABM marketing strategies aimed at expanding and retaining our customer base.
  • Assist in the creation of all assets needed for successful LinkedIn, Google Ads, programmatic display, and email marketing campaigns, including target account lists, landing pages, forms, email nurture tracks, and campaign workflows.
  • Coordinate and participate in field marketing activities, including planning trade shows, conferences, regional events, and webinars.
  • Cultivate customer advocacy by encouraging and facilitating the generation of reviews on platforms such as G2 and other relevant sites, amplifying positive customer experiences to drive brand credibility and loyalty.
  • Monitor and optimize customer journey touchpoints to enhance the overall customer experience.
  • Utilize HubSpot to automate processes and streamline customer communications.
  • Help to identify trends and insights that inform customer expansion strategies.
  • Analyze campaign performance and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.

Requirements:

General Experience

  • 3 years of experience in B2B digital marketing or customer engagement marketing
  • SaaS or technology environment preferred; manufacturing industry experience a huge plus
  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in marketing or related field

Technical Experience

  • Strong experience with HubSpot for CRM and marketing automation
  • Experience with ad platforms like LinkedIn and Google Ads
  • Experience with webinar software like ON24, Zoom, or WebEx
  • Experience with analytics tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, or SEO platforms (e.g., SEMRush or Moz Pro) 
  • Experience with graphic design tools like Canva
  • Experience with Google Suite
