Marketing Assistant

Our Marketing Department is looking for a full-time Marketing Assistant to assist the Marketing team with various marketing and communications activities, including website, social media, and events support. The right candidate is an extremely organized self‐starter with exceptional attention to detail and who enjoys the variety and pace of juggling several projects at once. This position will be based in our Burlington, MA office. A hybrid work model is possible.

DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES
The successful candidate will:

  • Coordinate various marketing and communications projects by communicating with project owners, prioritizing, maintaining schedules, and tracking progress.
  • Facilitate marketing content development process, including coordinating website content development efforts and social media posting.
  • Work with Writer and Content Strategist to manage website content development process, including biography development and publishing.
  • Work with the Marketing team and others within the organization to track and submit for annual awards and top/best of industry lists.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing team to support Haley & Aldrich’s participation at conferences and events.
  • Support Haley & Aldrich’s graphic design team with project management as needed.
  • Manage marketing automation software including best practices, billing, and contacts management/clean up.
  • Update the Marketing team project tracker.

SKILLS/EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor’s degree and one to three years of marketing and/or administrative experience.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects at once and closely track and meet deadlines required.
  • Preferably has experience working with digital marketing programs including WordPress and HubSpot.
  • Proficient in all Microsoft Office 365 applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), as well as MS Teams.
  • Ability to be resourceful, flexible, and resilient is a must.
