Northbridge Communities is Hiring a Remote Marketing Assistant - Hybrid - 20 hours

Northbridge Advisory Services has a new opening for a creative Marketing Assistant.
This is a 20 hour Hybrid position.
Qualified candidate must be available occasionally to commute to Burlington, MA.
Job Summary for the Marketing Assistant:

The Marketing Assistant position will be crucial in supporting and creating multi-channel public-facing communications for the consulting firm and its clients. The ideal candidate is a self-starting creative professional responsible for varying high-profile projects. Energetic, collaborative, and eager to perform in a fast-paced setting with, at times, aggressive deadlines.

Essential Job Functions for the Marketing Assistant:

  • Present Northbridge Advisory Services and self in a positive and professional manner.
  • Support the consulting team with materials created for clients.
  • Responsible for all client reporting and associated materials but overseeing final presentation form with a best-in-class look and feel (clean formatting, hyperlinks to digital examples and audio files, addendums).
  • Build and design report charts for client-facing materials as requested.
  • Gather content for social media and marketing campaigns. Assist at photo and video shoots for Northbridge Advisory Services collateral and marketing materials.
  • Design Northbridge Advisory Services collateral and marketing materials.
  • Data management. Work with teams to integrate Pipedrive CRM to effectively nurture and track client and prospective client status and communications.
  • Assist in the execution of ongoing email marketing campaigns in Pipedrive. Track success and find improvements.
  • CRM data entry and dashboard reporting in Pipedrive.
  • Ensure internet presence is accurate on all third-party aggregate sources, reputation sites, maps and more.
  • Responsible for using the corporate server to save imagery, reports, chart templates, etc. 
  • Manage consulting team’s credit card data entry process, inclusive of monthly coding transaction allocations and managing receipts.

Required Skills:

  • Resourceful self-starter.
  • Ability to work independently and make reasonable decisions in the best interest of the company.
  • Setting and managing multiple priorities and switching needs as necessary.
  • Excellent writing and editing abilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
  • Team oriented.

Educational Requirement/Qualifications:

  • BA/BS in Marketing, Journalism, Business or Communications or equivalent work experience.
  • Prior experience with and/or ability to navigate and extract web information from CRMs like Hubspot, Pipedrive, Salesforce.
  • Adobe Design Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Video Editing Software).

*All candidates will be required to show valid proof of full vaccination for COVID-19 before commencing work or commit to obtaining full vaccination within 30 days of commencing work, unless they receive an approved exemption.
