Haley & Aldrich’s Marketing Department is looking for a temporary, part-time Staff Marketing Coordinator to work with the Marketing team to assist in various marketing and communications activities, including contacts management and website support. This position will be based in our Burlington, MA office and will report to a Marketing Manager. A hybrid work model is possible. This position will be part time at approximately 20-25 hours per week.

DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES
The successful candidate will:

• Act as project coordinator for various marketing and communications projects by communicating with project owners, prioritizing, maintaining schedules, and tracking progress.
• Work with the Marketing team to support marketing efforts, including website, contacts management, and social media.
• Facilitate marketing content development process, including coordinating website content development efforts and social media posting.
• Work with Marketing Communications Manager to support professional staff headshot development process.
• Work with Writer and Content Strategist to develop and manage new website content development process, including biography development and publishing.
• Work with the Marketing team and others within the organization to track and submit for annual awards and top/best of industry lists.
• Update the Marketing team project tracker.

 SKILLS/EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor’s degree and three to five years of marketing experience, preferably in the professional services industry.
• Has experience working with digital marketing programs including WordPress and HubSpot.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects at once and closely track and meet deadlines required.
• Ability to be resourceful, flexible, and resilient is a must.
