ACCOUNTING ASSISTANT/ADMIN

OVERVIEW OF THE ACCOUNTING ASSISTANT ROLE:

• Accounting Assistant assists with Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
• Accurately record customer payments and reconcile accounts
• Scan, process, and archive accounting records/files
• Accounting Assistant updates vendor accounts based on payment or contact information
• File, scan, answer phones, and assist with data entry

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS FOR ACCOUNTING ASSISTANT ROLE:

• Solid organization skills and strong attention to detail
• Effective communicator at all levels of the organization with a customer service mindset
• Accounting Assistant needs to be skilled with basic Excel functions
