We are seeking an experienced Electrical Estimator/ Project Manager to join our team. This position is responsible for preparing bids for customers in commercial, industrial, oil and gas, and mining sectors, in addition to delivering comprehensive proposals in these industries in the Pittsburgh tri-state area. This position requires expertise in managing and estimating electrical projects, from conception to completion. It also requires strong leadership qualities, organization skills, and experience and understanding of electrical engineering principles. The Electrical Estimator participates in all aspects of the bid/estimating process. This includes initial review of plans, proposal specifications, soliciting and negotiating prices from contractors/suppliers, and completion of bid/estimating effort including closeout. In addition, performs quantity take-of scope of work and bidding of construction projects. This position is responsible for overseeing direct reports and managing field personnel.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or Construction Management, or licensed electrician, preferred.
- Proven experience (2-5 years) as an electrical estimator and project manager in commercial and industrial settings.
- Strong understanding of NEC and local building codes.
- Proficiency with estimating software (Accubid) and MS Office.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and negotiation skills.
- PMP or equivalent project management certification is preferred.
