We are a busy neighborhood restaurant & bar with multiple operations looking for a Chef to help lead our BOH team and manage day to day kitchen operations.
Qualified candidates will have:
- A professional, energetic and positive attitude
- Ability to teach and lead a team 2 years of proven kitchen management experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven track record of controlling labor and food costs with minimal waste
- Ability to spot and resolve problems efficiently. Capable of delegating multiple tasks
- Availability to work full-time (including nights and weekends)
- Responsibilities will include:
- Leading and teaching BOH team Maintaining all health protocols at all times.
- Controlling food & labor costs
- Administrative tasks, including scheduling, & ordering
- Communicate with events team to ensure preparation for event menus
- Modifying menus or creating new ones that meet quality standards

Pay: $19.00 - $26.00 per hour

- 10 hour shift
Weekly day range:
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
