ROLE: Technical Lead

You will be leading the analysis of business requirements, interact with different business teams and will be a part of the solution design process. You will be working on Node.js and NOSQL etc. Will be a part of the core development team and will be responsible for developing server APIs/components. You will be a part of scaling applications and database infrastructure processes.

RESPONSIBILITY:

• Will work as team lead in high traffic / real-time Enterprise apps
• Will lead the team in Agile Methodologies, Design Patterns, and Software Revision Control Systems
• Will share knowledge in scaling applications and database infrastructure
• Will collaborate and lead in a very innovative and creative environment

MUST HAVE SKILLS:

• Skillset should have few of the following Node.js, jQuery, Backbone, Underscore, Redis / CouchDB / MongoDB, Web Sockets
• Knowledge on Linux / Unix flavours
• Candidate must have hands on experience in server-side programming independent of technology
• Strong knowledge of code documentation and handover
• Experience with git version control system
• Experience on open-source contribution

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

• Minimum 2 - 4 years of senior/leadership position in the development team.
• Over 6 – 8 years of solid development experience and should have worked on open-source platforms
• Experience in Conversational AI, Contact Centre implementations levering Genesys, AudioCodes, Avaya, Cisco, ASR/TTS Engines like Google, Azure, Nuance etc., is preferable
• Experience in Telco, Retail Banking is a plus

EDUCATION QUALIFICATION:

• Graduate in Engineering OR Master’s in computer applications

Location: Orlando / Dallas (On-site)

Depending on specific professional experience and geographical location of individuals, the base salary for this position ranges from $120,000 – $160,000. Additional wage/bonus/commission and benefit details will be shared during the formal interview process for this full-time employment opportunity.
