Koniag Professional Services, LLC, a Koniag Government Services company, is seeking a Program Manager with a Top- Secret Clearance to support KPS and our government customer in Arlington, VA.

Essential Functions, Responsibilities & Duties may include, but are not limited to:
- Daily program management throughout the program lifecycle.
- Organizes, directs, and manages contract operation support functions, involving multiple, complex and inter-related project tasks.
- Maintains and manages the client interface at the senior levels of the client organization.
- Meets with customer and contractor personnel to formulate and review task plans and deliverable items. Ensures conformance with program task schedules and costs.
- Defining the program governance (controls)
- Planning the overall program and monitoring the progress
- Managing risks and issues and taking corrective measurements
- Coordinating the projects and their interdependencies
- Managing and utilizing resources across projects
- Managing stakeholders’ communication
- Managing quality control of the contract deliverables
- PM is responsible for the management of the overall contract in support of the DARPA security program.
Required Skills and Experience for this position
- Have and maintain a TS clearance with eligibility for SAP and SCI access.
- Must possess the capability and demonstrated experience in successfully planning, directing, and coordinating the activities of security administration and program control.
- Must have successfully managed and supervised security personnel to complete tasks relating to planning, operating, budgeting, scheduling, coordinating, overseeing, recruiting, plan development/administration, problem solving, daily security matters, and cost/budget analyses.
- Qualifying, related experience for program management of military and federal government systems includes demonstrated recent industry experience in system (program) requirements definition; work planning; budget development; fiscal control; scheduling; task control; security issues; work progress assessments; contract management; subcontractor/vendor management; client communications; and staff recruiting/development.
- Ten (10) years qualifying, related experience. Five (5) years of this experience must be in the direction and management of Government funded security programs in industry with supervisory or management cognizance of 20 or more individuals.
- Bachelor's degree required; master’s degree preferred.
- Should have completed various courses in management and security areas.
- Strong preference for personnel with experience managing multifaceted security programs in DoD.
- Strong preference for personnel with experience managing programs at DARPA.

- Be a US Citizen
- Be able to work a flexible schedule to accommodate SID and DARPA needs.
- Be able to travel and perform work at other geographical locations.
- Have the ability to maintain cooperative working relationships with those contacted in the course of work activities.
- Able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language and have the ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
- Have the ability to accurately and completely prepare and maintain files, records, and reports and to convey factual information.
- Have the ability to coordinate multiple tasks efficiently.
- Have the ability to remain calm in emergency situations.
- Have the ability to understand and carry out oral and written directions with limited supervision.
- Have skill in reading, writing, basic math, document composition, and analytical problem solving; and
- Must be at least 21 years of age at the time of employment on the contract.
- Fluent in the written and spoken English language and shall have strong written and oral communication skills.
Working Environment & Conditions
This job operates in a professional office environment and has a noise level of mostly low to moderate. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.
This position is primarily indoors, consistent with a standard office position and has a noise level of mostly low to moderate. The incumbent is required to stand, walk; sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls; reach with hands and arms; talk and hear. The workload may require the incumbent to sit for extended periods of time. The incumbent must be able to read, do simple math calculations and withstand moderate amounts of stress.
The incumbent must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 lbs. Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
