ECS is seeking a Program Manager to work in our Arlington, VA office.
Job Description:
Provide Programmatic Management oversight of team.
Duties includes direct oversite of ECS personnel, subcontract / subcontractor task order management, cost projections, fund distribution and purchase requests, recruiting, monthly / quarterly reports, invoice approval / processing, direct interaction with contracting officer, and contractor officer representative (COR), regarding contract execution, modifications, personnel support levels / requirements, and funding.
Develop overarching and strategic vision and drive team to achieving these goals.
