Program Manager

Location: Arlington, VA

LinTech Global Inc. is recruiting for a Program Manager to support our contract at the DHA DHHQ in Arlington, VA.

Position Overview: The DHA DHHQ Program Manager is a pivotal role responsible for overseeing and managing various programs and initiatives within a contract. This role entails coordinating resources, collaborating with government personnel, and ensuring the successful execution of contracted efforts. The Program Manager will maintain effective communication with the customer organization, manage contract financial functions, and lead program personnel.

DHA Program Manager Responsibilities Include:

• Execute approved plans and ensure performance on contracted efforts, adhering to cost, schedule, and quality standards.

• Coordinate with government personnel, maintaining continuous and effective communication to understand expectations.

• Manage contract financial functions, including budgeting, purchasing, invoicing, and payment approval.

• Lead program personnel functions, including staffing, performance reviews, benefits coordination, and personnel development.

• Develop and track project schedules, overseeing project logs and cost budgets.

• Perform site visits and inspections for work progress status and issue resolution.

• Deliver awarded contracts on time and within budget.

• Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

· Experience managing and directing activities of a large multi-disciplinary IT support groups.

· Experience developing complex Information Technology program plans to address needs and requirements, investigating, and resolving problems, interfacing with other functional support groups and outside personnel, preparing capital and operating requests, managing Subcontractors’ staff, and executing program / business plans.

· Experience organizing and directing work and directing personnel and multi-discipline teams to achieve objectives.

· Experience addressing complaints and resolving problems associated with PWS requirements.

DHA Program Manager Experience, Education, Skills, Abilities requested:

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.

• Master’s degree is preferred.

• Minimum of 5 years of Program Management experience.

• Strong communication skills.

• Ability to lead and manage a team effectively.

• Proficiency in executing plans and project management.

Pay: $102,716.30 - $123,701.35 per year
