Set up activity spaces, ensuring all necessary materials and equipment are ready for use.

Assist residents during activities, providing support, encouragement, and ensuring their safety.

Uphold a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere, ensuring all residents feel valued and involved.

Continuously adapt activities based on resident feedback and changing preferences.

Support residents during outings and special events as needed.

Qualifications :

Previous experience in organizing and facilitating recreational activities preferred.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Compassionate, patient, and enthusiastic attitude towards working with seniors.

Ability to work collaboratively within a team and take initiative when necessary.

Basic organizational and record-keeping abilities.
