CORMAC is Hiring an Administrative Assistant Near Leesburg, VA
CORMAC is looking for a highly motivated individual to join our growing company. As an Administrative Assistant, you will assist in the development and implementation of strategies to drive business growth, acquire new clients, and expand market presence. This is a hybrid role. We are looking for an individual who is able to report to our Leesburg, VA office. The salary range for this position is $37,239 – $39,527. Essential Duties & ResponsibilitiesDaily duties will vary according to project needs, with job responsibilities to include:
Organize and schedule appointments
Plan meetings and take detailed minutes
Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms
Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
Develop and maintain a filing system
Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients
Liaise with executive and senior administrative assistants to handle requests and queries from senior managers
Preferred Skills & Experience
1-3 years of administrative or similar work experience
Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular)
Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
