Administrative Assistant (Contract)

We are looking for candidates with strong administrative skills to work for a non profit organization.

Qualifications :

Strong administrative and organizational skills

Able to multi task with attention to detail

Excellent oral and written communication skills

Efficient and accurate data entry skills

Able to quickly learn an in-house database

High proficiency in Window, Internet, and MS Office including Word, Outlook, Excel

Solid customer service phone experience

Comfortable calling "at risk" population

Ability to work with people of various backgrounds and experiences

Able to appropriately hand confidential information

Satisfactory background check

Excellent problem solving and decision making skills
