Skills / Experience Required

• 10 years of IT Program Management Experience
• 7 years of experience leading sizable DoD IT support services that includes NIPRNet, SIPRNET and JWICS support of over 500 users
• Drafting and finalizing Transition Plans in accordance with contract requirements
• Developing Staffing Management Plans for all contractor staff assigned to the program
• Generating Monthly Status Reports detailing completed tasks, staffing updates, financials, and any encountered challenges
• Planning and executing government-approved projects, facilitating their implementation
• Participating in on-site meetings, delivering progress briefings, and preparing responses to IT-related data calls
• Creating and maintaining Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to delineate collaborative responsibilities and support process interactions
• Facilitating integration with established DISA processes and procedures
• Overseeing the Life Cycle Refresh of the Military Commissions Defense Organization SAP system
• Leading the establishment, design, and implementation of SAP solutions for the Office of Military Commissions-Convening Authority

Education / Certifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field such as Cybersecurity, Cybersecurity Management, Information Management, Information Technology, Computer Science, Data Science, Information Assurance, or a related discipline.
• Possession of a Project Management Professional Certification (PMP) is preferred, along with one of the following DoD 8570.01M certifications:
• CompTIA Security Plus Continuing Education (CE)
• CompTIA Advanced Security Practitioner (CASP) Continuing Education (CE)
• Certified Information Security Manager (CISM)

Security Clearance

Must be a U.S. Citizen. A high-level Department of Defense active security clearance may be required. Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to government information.

Physical Requirements

Work may involve sitting or standing for extended periods of time and typing and reading from a computer screen. The candidate must have enough mobility, including bending, reaching, and kneeling, to complete daily duties in a prompt and efficient manner and that may include lifting to thirty pounds, as necessary.
