Business Partnership: Support the Construction Aftermarket Segment leadership team(s) to provide insightful findings and recommendations and help to drive the strategy, goals and objectives.
Monthly Close and Reporting: Manage the monthly close process.
Financial Forecasts & Budgets: Develop, drive and manage the budget and outlook process for the Construction Aftermarket Segment. This position will be the key business partner with involvement in every step of the planning process and as such will be the point person to provide direction, due dates and oversight to the planning process. Work with both segments Construction Aftermarket and the Wholesale Construction Business Segment leadership team to drive and achieve annual financial plan and profitability objectives. Conduct financial analysis at the highest level to interpret trends, variances from budgets and standards.
Analysis and Reporting: Continued development of SAP BPC, Power BI, Palantir and Excel tools to support Construction Aftermarket Segment and North America regional management.
Initiative/Project Work: Perform ad hoc requests and analysis required to achieve company goals and increase overall company profitability. Must be able to apply the seven principles of the KOMATSU Way to their everyday work activities where applicable.
This role includes the need for subject matter expertise in SAP, BPC, Power BI and Excel and ability to drive ad hoc reporting and analysis.
