To be effective, you will embrace working with colleagues to gain and provide deeper insights into the business and aid in the financial decision-making process which will set the business up for long term growth and profitability.Key Responsibilities: Financial planning, reporting, forecasting, and budgeting for the company across all business units Analyzing data and collaborating with department leaders to effectively report on the performance of the organization and provide insights into financial performance Perform ad hoc financial analysis to support business initiatives, influence decision making and solve problems Assist in the preparation of both Board / Stakeholder and internal reporting focusing on insights and takeaways communicated in an easily digestible format Assist in process improvement / system implementation initiatives to drive scalable analysis and insightsSkills and Experience: Bachelors degree in finance / accounting 2-3 years experience in financial planning, modelling, and analysis Strong interpersonal skills Ability to demonstrate strong modelling and analytical skills combined with excellent business judgement Uses initiative and drive to work with the business to uncover insights and help in achieving the financial plans Strong communication and presentations skills both verbal and written Strong attention to detail Eligible to work in the US with no sponsorship requirementsBenefits:Full comprehensive benefits package with health, dental, vision, life, disability, 401K, paid vacation, personal & sick time10 paid holidaysOmeda is an equal opportunity employer.
