General Summary:
These duties are to be performed in a highly confidential manner, in accordance with the mission, values and behaviors of Insight Hospital and Medical Center. Employees are further expected to provide a high quality of care, service, and kindness toward all patients, staff, physicians, volunteers and guests.
- Prepares profitability and statistical analyses at various levels, , for various time periods, (monthly and YTD).

Develops, maintains, and utilizes data sets required to support key reporting activities; conducts sy
- Supports monthly close/quarterly reviews by providing key analytics to Controller/Insight Leadership

Support Budget reviews and Cost Savings initiatives through producing key analytics to support decision making
- Performs other duties as needed and assigned, including advanced ad hoc reports as required.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Statistics.
- Three years of experience working as a financial analyst or senior level accountant.
- Ability to work with large datasets.
- Good analysis, problem solving and solutioning skills required.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) required.Great team player and organized.
