Description:

As Marketing Coordinator you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and executing strategic marketing plans and events in collaboration with your team to help Klever attract new business and maintain existing client relationships. As Marketing Coordinator, you will support the CMO in managing the portfolio of all marketing activities and communicating out to key stakeholders on timelines, results, and future initiatives. Additionally, the role will manage the Sustainability Center based in San Diego to host workshops, client meetings and showcase our offerings. 

To be successful in this role you should have:

• At least 3-5 years of marketing experience
• The ability to manage marketing campaigns from concept to creative to execution to measurement 
• Experience working with designers, copywriters, and media professionals to orchestrate activities 
• Experience managing events preferable, including logistics, setup and follow-up 
• Familiarity with Google Analytics, CRM systems, and project management software 

Duties:

• Coordinate all marketing activities across our portfolio including campaigns, presentations, events, and more
• Work with the CMO to plan and implement all marketing initiatives from budget to measurement 
• Liaise with marketing teammates and sales teams to ensure deadlines are met
