Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing key accounts, and developing new business opportunities. Responsibilities:

Experience:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in roofing sales
- Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to analyze market trends and develop effective sales strategies
- Experience in account management and business development
- Fluency in Spanish is a plus
