We are currently seeking a dynamic, results-oriented Permanent US Part Sales Manager to join our team. This role offers an opportunity to make a significant impact, driving sales strategies and initiatives within our aftermarket parts division. You will be instrumental in developing and implementing sales strategies to promote our products and services within the oil and gas sector.

Job Details
Responsibilities:
As a Permanent US Part Sales Manager, you will be tasked with the following responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement robust sales strategies for aftermarket parts, ensuring alignment with the overall business objectives.
2. Lead and manage the inside sales team, fostering a high-performance culture through coaching, mentoring, and motivation.
3. Utilize analytics to monitor and evaluate sales performance, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to optimize sales operations.
4. Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients in the oil and gas sector, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
5. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns and materials that effectively communicate the value of our products and services.
6. Monitor industry trends and competitor activities, adjusting sales strategies as necessary to maintain a competitive edge.
7. Drive revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities and expanding our presence in the market.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate for the Permanent US Part Sales Manager position should possess the following qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
2. A minimum of 3 years of experience in aftermarket parts sales, preferably within the oil and gas sector.
3. Proven experience in inside sales management, with a track record of leading high-performing sales teams.
4. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to use data to inform sales strategies and decisions.
5. In-depth knowledge of the energy industry, including current trends and challenges.
6. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
