COMPENSATION: $ 30.00- $34.00 per hour

Position Summary:
Program Manager cultivates relationships with potential Employee Partners and actively seeks new business opportunities. The Program Manager is responsible for boosting sales and maintaining long-term relationships with our Employee Partners.
Essential Functions & Responsibilities:
Strategic Partnership Development:
- Identify, prospect, and cultivate relationships with employers to establish strategic partnerships aligned with the company's objectives.
- Develop a deep understanding of the employer industry landscape, market trends, and competitive dynamics to inform partnership strategies.
Negotiation and Contracting:
- Lead negotiations with prospective employer partners to secure favorable terms and agreements.
- Draft and finalize partnership contracts, ensuring clarity, compliance, and mutual benefit.
Relationship Management:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for employer partners, fostering strong and collaborative relationships.
- Provide ongoing support to partners, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring satisfaction.
Program Implementation:
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to onboard new employer partners seamlessly.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment of partnership initiatives with operational and technical requirements.
Performance Tracking and Optimization:
- Develop key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success and impact of employer partnerships.
- Monitor and analyze partnership performance data to identify areas for optimization and growth opportunities.
Market Research and Analysis:
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape.
- Utilize insights to inform partnership strategies and drive continuous improvement.
Collaboration and Communication:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Sales, Operations, and Product, to align partnership initiatives with broader business objectives.
- Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to provide updates, gather feedback, and ensure alignment on partnership strategies.

Education & Work Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or equivalent related field experience.
- Proven track record of 3 years in business development, partnership management, or related roles.
- Strong negotiation skills with a demonstrated ability to influence and persuade stakeholders.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 programs (Excel, Word, Power Point, One Drive, and Share Point)
Work Environment:
This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.
In addition to the office, this job occasionally operates in a kitchen environment housed with equipment such as an oven, stove, dishwasher, slicer, coffee machine, steamer, mixer and chef’s knives. The employee is frequently exposed to heat, steam, fire and noise.
Physical Demands:
The physical demands described are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
The employee is routinely required to sit, stand, reach, lift, bend, kneel, stoop, climb, push, and pull items weighing 25 less. The position requires manual dexterity, auditory and visual skills, and the ability to follow written and oral instructions and procedures.
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time non-exempt position scheduled at 40 hours a week. Hours and days will vary. Must be available to work evening and weekend shifts. The position is eligible for the organizations remote work policy, which would allow the individual to work from home 4 days a week and 1 day in the office.
Travel:
Employee will be expected to travel 80% to additional KFG locations and employer partner sites. Employee must have driver’s license, reliable transportation, and ability to work across multiple sites.
