Program Manager (Biotech/Pharma)
Direct Hire. $180-220k
San Diego, CA (onsite)
Talentry is looking for a Program Manager (from AD to Sr. Director level) to track projects and manage programs from pre-clinical through clinical therapeutic drug development. This person will ensure that programs are on schedule, on budget, and moving forward smoothly.
The right person will use project management tools to monitor and manage cross-functional activities throughout the organization. He or she will deliver status updates in meetings and through reporting, develop budgets with finance, manage external vendors, ensure smooth communication between groups, and provide ongoing status updates to the leadership team.
Requirements
BS in Science (or similar)
5 years of experience in the biotech or biopharmaceutical industry with program and project management.
Demonstrated experience with drug development, including IND and NDA submissions.
Proven experience with Project Management tools (e.g., MS Project) and solid MS Office suite experience (particularly MS Excel)
Project or Program Management certification strongly preferred (PMP, CPM, PgMP, CSM, etc.)
Proven communication and documentation skills.
