GenerateHope is currently seeking a Program Manager for our Southern California location. GenerateHope has been providing residential services to sex trafficking survivors for 15 years through survivor-founded and survivor-led programs. Duties for this position include directing/ supervising our continuity of care model for the recovery and transition program staff, including therapists, case manager, residential staff, education/ vocation specialist, and adjunct therapy volunteers. A master’s degree in social work or other counseling degree is required, as is licensing. We would like a candidate who has experience in work with sex trafficking or other trauma and experience supervising and/or program management; EMDR supervisory skills are a plus.
