King Operating Corporation (“King”) is a privately held oil and gas company based in Addison, Texas, with a mission of striving to help partners achieve significant tax savings, monthly passive income, and a multiple on invested capital. To do that, King creates an asset-based partnership entity in which accredited investors can join by acquiring an equity stake in the partnership. King currently operates over 200 wells across the states of Texas, Oklahoma, Kansas, Colorado, and Wyoming.

King Operating Corporation is seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to fill the role of Sales

Assistant/Receptionist. This dynamic position offers the opportunity to play a key role in both the sales team and the overall company image. You will provide exceptional customer service, support our sales team with administrative tasks, and contribute to a positive and professional work environment. This position is onsite in King’s Addison, Texas, office.

Responsibilities

• Welcome visitors and coordinate notifications to appropriate team members including the offering of beverages and set up the meeting room as needed to make for a pleasant visit for guests.
• Answer and manage phone calls directing traffic to the appropriate members of the team.
• Conduct mail outs, by utilizing USPS & FedEx
• Assist the sales team with administrative tasks
• Attend team meetings and assist with meeting prep, meeting notes, and post-meeting comm’s.
• Completing administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and photocopying.
• Maintaining a clean and organized reception area.
• Qualifying leads and directing sales inquiries to the sales team.
• Maintaining customer relationship management (CRM) software.
• Other duties and projects, as assigned.

Required Skills

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service or administrative role (preferred).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Ability to multi-task and handle multiple requests simultaneously.
• Positive attitude, professional demeanor, and a genuine desire to provide exceptional customer service.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
