Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging face-to-face sales presentations: Capture potential customers' interest with tailored presentations highlighting product benefits. Address objections effectively and maintain follow-up communication to guide prospects toward conversion.
• Achieve and surpass sales targets consistently: Establish ambitious sales goals aligned with company objectives. Utilize effective sales techniques and time management strategies to consistently exceed quotas. Monitor performance metrics closely and address any obstacles hindering goal achievement promptly.
• Collaborate with team to develop and execute sales campaigns: Actively contribute to team meetings to devise innovative sales strategies and campaigns. Coordinate with marketing and other departments to ensure alignment with overall organizational objectives. Share expertise and provide support to colleagues to enhance team performance.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities: Conduct ongoing research to stay informed about industry trends and competitor actions. Analyze market dynamics and customer preferences to identify opportunities and threats. Share insights with stakeholders to facilitate informed decision-making and maintain a competitive edge.
