Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers and ensuring their satisfaction. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and has a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and promotions
- Assist customers with placing orders, processing returns, and resolving any issues or concerns
- Maintain customer records by updating account information and documenting interactions
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex customer inquiries or escalate issues when necessary
- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services to customers
- Follow up with customers to ensure their needs have been met and provide assistance as needed
*May be required to perform other related duties as required and/or assigned
Qualifications:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Previous experience in customer service or sales is preferred
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional phone etiquette and active listening skills
- Ability to remain calm and professional when dealing with difficult customers
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
- Familiarity with the sales & purchase order fulfillment process helpful.
