RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Sales Enablement Specialist in Atlanta, GA. ET zone is preferred. This person will interact with the UK team and the time zones are more aligned.
Duties Include:
* Sales Enablement Specialist will guide the development, delivery and training of onboarding, continuing education, and other enablement content for our new Outbound Sales Enablement function
* Build content and learning experiences to support and uplevel growing Outbound sales team
* Support the identification of current skills and knowledge gaps in our sales teams
* Create and facilitate skills trainings for sales
* Facilitate and coach instructor-led workshops, micro-learnings, and/or other types of virtual sessions on a variety of topics as needed
* Gather insights, analyze data analytics as well as the practical application of learnings
* As a Sales Enablement Specialist, you will support metrics and objectives for enablement and make recommendations for increasing productivity
* Support long-range planning, strategic processes, and execution of Global Enablement & Training team
* Regularly spend time with outbound sellers to understand the -field reality- to inform enablement deliverables and approaches

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
