Here’s how you’ll make an impact on the team:
Customer support analysts provide assistance to customers to help them overcome issues related to products or services provided by the company.
Analysts often work with technical inquiries and help customers to overcome these difficulties.
Customer support analysts often guide customers through self-help methods with the aid of resources and documentation. When protocol has been followed and the issue cannot be resolved, the analyst may need to find an alternative solution.
They may also monitor, document, and follow-up on these processes to ensure that customers are satisfied.
Patience is important in this position, as customers sometimes frustrated with the problems they are facing, and it may be necessary to communicate with customers by phone, chat, or e-mail, and sometimes a combination of these.
Here’s what you’ll need to be successful in this role:
3-5 years of customer service experience
High-energy individual with a passion for learning and contributing
Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and software applications
Detail-oriented and able to manage large amounts of data
Quick to absorb new concepts and technologies
Capable of multitasking and managing priorities
Effective in a fast-paced, dynamic, and fun team environment
Team player with excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proven ability to collaborate and build strong relationships
Skilled at interpreting data from multiple sources
Passionate about customer success
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; business or technical degree preferred
Understanding of strategic sourcing, supply chain, business management, and procurement operations
Knowledge of contract and document management
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Strong collaboration and customer service skills
Able to work independently, prioritize tasks, and drive team initiatives
Sound business judgment and cross-team coordination skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office 365
Metrics and results-oriented
In-office requirement of at least 50%, with remote flexibility

1 years experience in an external support role
Minimum of 2 years experience in an operational or business operations capacity
Salesforce.com system experience is required
Proficient in Microsoft Suite and GSuite
