Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing projects from initiation to completion. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure project success and deliverables are met on time and within budget. The ideal candidate has a strong background in project management and HVAC installation.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute project plans, including blueprints, scope, timeline and budget
- Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are achieved
- Conduct weekly meetings with team members to track progress and hours
- Ensure effective communication and collaboration among team members
- Oversee change management processes to ensure smooth project transitions
- Provide leadership and guidance to project team members

Skills:
- Proficiency in risk management techniques
- Experience with cost control measures in project management
- Understanding of project engineering principles
- Proficient in scope management techniques

- 3 year HVAC installation experience
