The Opportunity
We are a rapidly growing manufacturer’s rep firm based in Kentucky that represents commercial & industrial HVAC products. The Project Manager (PM) will be responsible for executing projects through completion once the sales team receives notice to proceed. The PM will work closely with the sales, application, and service teams to ensure information is accurate and the customers’ expectations are exceeded. The PM maintains goals designed to reduce profit slippage, maintains an accurate backlog, and maintains excellent customer relationships by ensuring projects are executed effectively and efficiently. Further, this leader works closely with AEC leadership to leverage operational efficiencies and process synergies to ensure consistency in the family of brands and a team culture.

Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret graphs.Reasoning AbilityAbility to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Physical Demands
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to use hands to operate computer keyboard and telephone, reach with hands and arms. The employee frequently is required to stand, walk, and sit. The employee is occasionally required to climb or balance and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
